HeroBlade General rules

This rulebook is valid for the Heroblade Community and all associated components.
By playing on a server hosted or created by Heroblade, the player accepts these rules and agrees to abide by them.
If these rules are not followed, penalties may be imposed by the Heroblade server team.
Changes can be made to the rules at any time, which are binding with immediate effect. All players therefore undertake to keep themselves regularly informed of the current status of the rules.
Ignorance is no defence against punishment.

Any insulting, derogatory, racist, sexually offensive or otherwise discriminatory remarks are prohibited.
Begging for sup/mod/admin... is not appreciated on Heroblade.
Passing on data, be it personal data of other players or server confidential data, is prohibited.
Advertising for other servers, communities or streaming services is prohibited.
The repeated expression of the same or similar wording within a very short period of time (spam) is prohibited.
Threats in all forms, whether empty or serious, are strictly forbidden!
Cpt. caps and friends are not welcome in the chat and may be punished..
Impersonation is prohibited; this includes all actions in which a player impersonates another person.
Radicalism in any form is prohibited.

In the event of misbehaviour or violation of the rules, a penalty will be imposed with appropriate severity and reason.
However, if a player feels that a punishment is unjust, they may submit a one-time request for unban in the Discord. If appropriate evidence is provided, the Heroblade team can mitigate and/or cancel the punishment.

Exploiting bugs is prohibited. If a bug is discovered, it must be reported immediately via one of our support channels.
Every player is responsible for their own account. Therefore, if a person other than the original owner violates the rules, a penalty will still be imposed.
Avoiding mute or ban penalties by using a second account is prohibited. It does not matter in which way the account comes to our attention.
The instructions of team members must be followed. If you have a problem with a team member, you can contact another sup/mod/admin...
Attacks against the server are punishable by law and may be prosecuted.

The tone with Discord users should always be friendly. Verbal attacks against other users are prohibited.
Private misunderstandings and disputes are to be kept private and do not belong on the Discord.
Pornographic or racist statements and content are not permitted and will be punished with an immediate ban!
Spam posts will be deleted without hesitation. And possibly punished by a ban.
Please write legibly and in good German or English.

Obscene noises or noise from the headset must be avoided! Please adjust the microphone so that your breathing is not constantly audible.
Users who deliberately disrupt conversations (channel hopping) and do not show any understanding even after repeated warnings must expect to be penalised.

Flying lettering and logos are prohibited on the server.
The well-known earth houses and the like are prohibited.
Redstone circuits are allowed as long as they are built sensibly and save server performance, in addition MC bug farms are technically prevented (e.g. 0 tick, duplication). Create a ticket for review in case of uncertainty.
We reserve the right to prohibit or change very large farms, MobSpawner constructions or similar structures that negatively affect server performance and thus the gaming experience for everyone.

Exploiting and deliberately killing other players with traps without warning is prohibited.
Killing players in a non-PVP area (pushing, lighter, lava, drowning, etc.) is prohibited.

The use of client modifications that give the player significant advantages over other players is prohibited. Otherwise fairness towards other players can no longer be guaranteed.
The Heroblade team is not liable for problems caused by permitted modifications to the Minecraft client. Likewise, no support can be guaranteed for this.
The use of bots of any kind is prohibited. (This also includes a fishing bot or an adhesive strip that sticks to the mouse).
Mods that improve the graphics or performance are usually allowed, take the official "HeroBlade Client Modpack" as an example.
Minimap/map mods are forbidden, use the ingame map of cartographer Mia instead.

Minecraft skins and names that show offensive, offensive or national socialist outlines are prohibited.
The deliberate destruction of other players' buildings (griefing) is forbidden, with the exception of farm worlds.
It is not permitted to trade items, etc. for real money.
Second accounts are prohibited and will be severely punished, this also applies to the first account.
We reserve the right to delete lands of inactive players upon request.

Every team member in the Heroblade team undertakes to know the rules and to comply with them.
Every team member must be fully committed to implementing these rules.
If a team member violates one of these rules, a penalty will be imposed by the admin.
In the event of misbehaviour, an admin can temporarily or completely exclude a team member from the team, stating the reasons.
Supporters undertake to be available to support users. They are prohibited from setting users to /ignore or switching off the chat.
Each team member must report and/or penalise any rule violations of which they are aware.

Every team member behaves in a respectful and friendly manner towards other team members / users.
All team members must respect each other and work together as productively as possible.
All users are treated equally by the team. No one may be favoured.

Team members may only use their rights to advance the server or to protect it from threats and insults.
Team members may not exploit their right in any way.
Internal documents or content must be kept secret in all cases.
